This project highlights my role as an interpreter supporting Easy AI at Japan IT Week 2025 in Tokyo Big Sight. During the event, I assisted with Japanese–Vietnamese communication for product introductions, visitor engagement, and business discussions. My work helped ensure smooth conversations between the team and international attendees while supporting a professional and welcoming experience at the booth. Japan IT Week 2025 was a major technology exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight from 23 to 25 April 2025, where Easy AI presented its AI solutions to international visitors and potential partners. My role in this event was to provide interpretation support, helping bridge communication between the Easy AI team and Japanese-speaking attendees. I supported product introductions, visitor conversations, and on-site communication to ensure messages were delivered clearly, naturally, and professionally. The event environment required not only language ability, but also quick understanding of product context, business needs, and cross-cultural communication styles
Tram was professional, responsive, and highly effective in supporting communication during the event. Her interpretation helped our team connect more naturally with visitors and present our solutions with greater clarity.

Things I Did
I supported Japanese–Vietnamese interpretation during booth activities, product presentations, and visitor conversations. I helped explain services in a clear and culturally appropriate way, assisted the team in responding to questions from attendees, and supported smoother communication during networking and business discussions. In addition to interpreting, I also helped create a more professional and approachable experience for international guests by ensuring messages were delivered accurately and efficiently throughout the event.
